We had an excellent experience purchasing our new car from Red Deer Motors just two days ago. We took the extra step of running a separate Carfax for the vehicle we were interested in, which cost $70. The Carfax matched the one provided by the dealership, and it was offered to us at no additional ch...arge. The price negotiation process was smooth, and everyone involved left satisfied with the deal. Melody, in particular, stood out for her professionalism and efficiency. The team at Red Deer Motors truly respected our time, allowing us to feel confident in our purchase without any pressure. Tom, our sales representative, made the entire process seamless from the moment of the test drive to the final signing of all legal documents. I’ve never seen a used car lot that takes this much pride in their vehicles!!! Gord took amazing care of us. We had multiple options at the dealership, and Gord helped us narrow it down. Meant to do this eons ago, but better late than never! I bought my 2015 Toyota Camry back in October and it was only my 2nd time going to any kind of dealership type location. Jim made the experience so much easier. I had previously gone to a dealership (will remain unnamed) which left a sour taste ...in my mouth, but I left Red Deer Motors feeling a lot happier and more confident in my decision. I didnt feel like I was pressured into buying the car and I didnt feel like anything was hidden from me (of course, I had my fiance with me who knows pretty much everything about cars which always helps). I felt as though Jim was being 100% honest with me when he said I was getting the lowest price (you know how dealerships can be). I also happened to get my oil changed today at a Toyota dealership and everything checked out, so it was comforting to know that there really was nothing wrong with the car (in hindsight I should have probably taken it to a mechanic when I bought the car, but it had a clear carproof, so I wasnt concerned). My only issue was the fact that, unfortunately, my car didnt come with its key for the locking nuts (which was a very stressful discovery at the tire place). Red Deer Motors only provided me with their Kaltire account information so I wouldnt be charged for new ones, so I ended up getting the locking nuts removed and replaced with some pretty awful looking ones that Kaltire had lying around. Ended up buying new locks and a key today (mainly for aesthetics and for the simple fact that my wheels are pretty spiffy). Probably should have checked for that before I left Red Deer with the car. Aside from the issue itself, they were extremely helpful in rectifying the situation as best they could and I really appreciated that. Although it was a bit of a trek to get to Red Deer I'm super happy with my car. Show more

Finally, a car dealership that gives you what you need. Starting from the basic information about each vehicle clearly displayed to the opportunity to take the cars out without needing a salesperson in the vehicle. The staff have a very relaxed "customer service is a priority" approach. The variety ...of vehicles on the lot gives the opportunity to test drive numerous cars easily. The prices were consistently lower than other dealerships we viewed. They do a thorough assessment of the vehicles and, instead of letting you know what needs to be repaired or replaced, they do it. We have owned numerous vehicles and this was, by far, the best buying experience we have had! Show more
